It's self-evident that over-consumption and wasteful consumption is unsustainable. The old industrial system that's apparently still in command is founded on a pretext of an infinite planet Earth. One where natural resources are endless. Where pollution is something that's no problem, just so long as it's dumped away from your home; and nature cleans it up in time. But these paradigms are over. There are no more spots "away from home" and natural resources are running dry. Our reckless dumping of greenhouse gas into the globally-shared air is sending shock-waves through the climate system; many are already paying the price.
In the following movie, Climate Chaos in the South, see for yourself what impact global warming is already having around the world, from food security to forcing people from their homes. And these problems could be just the beginning.
